From 2015 October 05 to 2015 October 09
Teaching team consisting of natural mineral water professionals (evian-Volvic World, Danone Waters) and teachers from the University of Montpellier.
The training combines (i) teaching on the specific characteristics of natural mineral water: regulatory and technical aspects of its exploitation, management and protection, and (ii) teaching of more specific techniques: both hydrochemical, isotopic and groundwater dating methods, and the acquisition of technical land hydrogeology practices that allow the structure and operation of hydrogeological systems to be defined in situ. Training consists of lessons, tutorials and practical work in the classroom alternating with visits and practice in the field on the evian natural mineral water watershed. It is intended for students at Masters 2 level. Teaching is in French.
